Welcome to Cedar Canyon! We at Tolley Community Management are proud to be the property manager for The Cedar Canyon Condominium Association.  The information that follows is furnished to help you get off to a good start.

Association Fees
The monthly fee is $300 per month, due on the 1st of each month. Any payment RECEIVED after the 10th day of the month is automatically subject to a late fee of $25 per month.

There are 3 ways to pay your Association dues:
1. Automatic bank draft contact us at (770) 517-1761.
2 .Pay your dues online at http://www.tolleycm.com/.
3. Mail a check, payable to Cedar Canyon Condominium Association, with your
    monthly coupon.

Pest Control
The Pest Control service is Northwest Pest Control at (770) 436-2020, extension 1182. The property will be treated on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. If you should have any pest control needs please contact Dawn Shaddix at (678) 873-4775, or email her at [email protected]. For all pest,termite and wildlife related concerns please call (678) 383-1030, or email [email protected].

Sanitation Service
Garbage pick-up is generally performed on Monday and Thursday. Please Place only garbage or trash bags in your garbage enclosure. All garbage and trash must be bagged. Please place recycling in a clear plastic bag.

Insurance
The association's insurance is with Auto Owners Insurance Company.  Certificates can be obtained by contacting the the insurance agent. The agent for Auto Owners Insurance is R Brian Bullock and he can be reached at (770) 426-8200.
